What counts as a "prospect"?
A prospect is anyone you add to a campaign. Prospects who receive outreach count against your monthly limit. Un-enriched or un-contacted prospects don't count.
What is an "SDR agent"?
One AI SDR agent runs one ICP (ideal customer profile) across one campaign. You can run multiple agents in parallel for different ICPs or audiences. Agents run 24/7, executing your 7-touch sequence without fatigue.
Do I need to write my own email copy?
No. Sift's AI writes personalized, human-sounding outreach for each prospect — using company data, news, and your ICP context. You approve the tone; the AI handles the words.
What SMTP providers are supported?
SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES, and any SMTP-compatible provider. We recommend SendGrid for deliverability. Sift handles warmup and sending limits automatically.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can export all campaign data at any time from your dashboard before canceling.
